-Complete Graduate School application form
-A Personal Statement
-Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
-One (1) copy of Official Transcripts
-GRE scores or MCAT scores also accepted
-Telephone interview will be required for all students who are considered for admission
-TOEFL scores and Financial Form are required for International Students


-Applications are accepted for summer and fall 2016

-Fall 2016 priority deadline: February 15th, rolling admissions thereafter.
